Conference Office

Please register directly after your arrival in the conference office (room 109, 1st floor, Richard-Wagner-Str. 10); you will then receive a conference bag containing the programme for the conference, the book of abstracts, useful information about Munich, and your ticket(s) for the dinner on Friday (if applicable). You will also get your name badges, which should be worn throughout the entire conference.

If you are a poster presenter, we will be happy to assist you hanging up your poster to the moveable walls.

The conference office will be your information point for all questions or problems, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

There will be a public computer access in the conference office and an additional W-LAN room (room 108, 1st floor, Richard-Wagner-Str. 10).
